The Chore Jacket has always been built for work. Ours still is.
Cut from a substantial 100% cotton herringbone fabric woven by Halley Stevensons in Dundee—a mill with over 150 years of textile expertise—this is our interpretation of a true workwear icon. We've refined the silhouette with a cleaner, more contemporary fit while preserving the honesty and functionality that made the original indispensable.
Traditional denim hardware gives the jacket a reassuring weight and durability, reinforcing its workwear roots without unnecessary embellishment. Every detail has a purpose.
Each jacket is then heavily washed by Laundre in London, specialists in responsible garment finishing. Their environmentally conscious approach creates a lived-in character that would normally take years to earn, softening the fabric while revealing the depth and texture of the herringbone weave.
No oversized logos. No artificial scarcity. No trend-driven design.
Just exceptional fabric, thoughtful construction and honest craftsmanship.
