How to Measure Your Sweatpants

Waist: Wrap the tape measure around your natural waistline, just above your hip bones. Keep the tape horizontal, snug but not tight, as illustrated.

Rise: Measure from the top edge of the waistband straight down to the crotch seam. This gives the front rise measurement.

Inside leg: Measure from the crotch seam down the inside of the leg to the ankle. Ensure the tape follows the contour of the leg.
